Since we spend so much time at work, it is common to have dreams that help us process what is going on in the work setting. Clues to how you can solve a crisis however, will come through in the interesting ways the work environment appears different. For example a dream of being at work that focuses on the ceiling - can be exploring your feelings about the 'ceiling' placed on your upward mobility. The telephone can symbolize communication issues. Weird things on the walls or strange walls can symbolize your self-imposed limitations or the 'ideal' you work to achieve and whether or not it is a good fit for you (pictures). The carpet can symbolize issues you are not facing. Unusual wall colors can be explored in terms of what the colors represent. Even your fellow employees can represent aspects that you attribute to them, as you explore adopting or discarding these traits.
