When you see a photograph in a dream you are viewing a part of yourself in a very objective way, perhaps seeing something that is associated with the past. You may dream of issues in 'photo' form as the first steps in integrating something painful or difficult, sometimes when a loved on has died. The photo can be a 'static' representation of you in 'freeze frame' for exploration, similar to dreams of Binoculars, Glasses and Microscopes.
